Jeff Lewis
Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing at Atomera
Jeff Lewis brings extensive experience in the semiconductor IP and EDA industries, with a specialty of licensing advanced technologies to leading manufacturers. Most recently, Mr. Lewis was Senior Vice President of business development at Spin Memory, an MRAM IP supplier. Prior to Spin Memory, he was SVP of business development and marketing at SuVolta, Inc. and at Innovative Silicon, where he directed those companies’ licensing, and customer and market engagements. Additional roles include CEO of CiraNova, and Vice President positions at FormFactor, Artisan Components and Compass Design Automation. Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. degree in Economics from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Hideki Takeuchi
Vice President of Engineering
Hideki Takeuchi has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Takeuchi joined Mears Technologies (the predecessor company to Atomera) in 2008 and became VP of Engineering in 2022. At Atomera he has managed numerous customer projects and internal R&D projects for advanced CMOS, analog, low-voltage power switch, and RF switch products. Prior to Atomera, Mr. Takeuchi was a project manager for customer device development projects at ATDF/SEMATECH, and before that was a research associate in the semiconductor device group at UC Berkeley, where he was a member of the original FinFET development team as well as working on high-k/metal gate stack engineering, ultra-shallow junction process, trap-based non-volatile memories, and RF-MEMS projects. Prior to this he was a senior researcher for DRAM product development at Nippon Steel. Mr. Takeuchi received B.E and M.E. degrees from The University of Tokyo and has authored or co-authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and over 30 U.S. patents.
