Getting Started with MSTcad

Simulating MST enhancements for semiconductor devices is easy with MSTcad^TM , a model for process and device simulations of MST
in the Synopsys Sentaurus Device simulator platform.

• To keep customers information secure, Atomera will insert MSTcad™ into the customer’s generic TCAD deck.
• Now customers can add proprietary device specific information into this TCAD deck and start simulating the benefit of MST devices.
• Atomera will provide technical support, assist in analyzing results and planning next steps.
